The other day I was watching another 2008 Atlantic Tropical Hurricane flooded city and it was a boat, the intersection of Elm and First Street, I can not remember what city it was. But it was so flooded that the street signs and no parking signs were barely visible, but obviously, to mark the new city water way?

If the city would dikes and dams to assure properly built and protected against flooding, rather than in traffic signalCameras, then maybe that would have never floods occurred in the first place.

In fact, they probably spent too much on PET projects and never built a proper flood control system so that projects and growth on, without moving account of the real challenges at hand in order to protect people.
