If someone is honest, knowing whether this or that doctrine is actually biblical or merely traditional interests, whatever they need to do is objectively the Scriptures, as the noble Berean search did in Acts 17:11, after hearing Paul out to see whether what he taught was true.

Examples:

The Church of God teaches, like Jesus, "the meek shall inherit the earth." Traditional Churchianity denies and says people "in the sky." They have many suchMisconceptions, pagan traditions and pagan myths.

The Church of God keeps the same seventh day, the Sabbath, as Yeshua and the early Church of God, both converted Jews, Israelites and Gentiles. The professing Christian world, under the influence of Constantine - not Christ - to hold pagan Sunday.

The Bible only states on the seventh day Sabbath to the Lord, the Lord's Day, and that God is consistent and not change, but warned that some would "think times are changing and theLaws "(Daniel 7:25).

Sabbath-keeping Church of God keeps the same biblical festivals, (the holy day of the LORD, that Yeshua and the early Church of God and preserved), converted Jews, Israelites and Gentiles, with a new and better understanding, in spirit and in truth, not only to the letter of the law.

Traditional Churchianity hostile to the holy day of God, and have replaced them with their Roman pagan hollow days, although baptized biblical prophecy shows suchPaganism will soon be history, like Yeshua, the King of Israel, teaches Torah from Jerusalem, and commands all nations to observe the "Jewish holidays."

It is because of these striking differences between traditional Christianity (after Roman leaders and Gentilized Jesus), and Sabbath-keeping Church of God after the Jewish Jesus, exposed by the truth teachings of Herbert W. Armstrong that Mr. Armstrong so hated by many religious leaders, could not be angryto refute what he said and were not willing to change for the better. They chose tradition over truth, like many religious leaders have in the days of the Prophet and in the days of Yeshua. Nothing new under the sun.

You've finally decided to leave the stone age and get VoIP service (broadband phone) for your home or small business. The next decision is what to use for your network connection.....DSL or cable. Careful.....there is a difference. Here's some tips on making the most out of choosing DSL.

No matter what you may have heard (or believe) the internet backbone you have is the single most important aspect affecting the quality (or lack thereof) for your VoIP calling experience. No no matter what VoIP service you choose ...... a poor performance Internet access is no negative impact on the entire VoIP experience. Equally inappropriate set-up or assimilation of your VoIP hardware with your internet connection is the other important factor to call questions.

That here .... said a few tips to keep in mind to give you a better experience with DSL.

First .... The "Should I keep a landline number for my DSL to work?" Question has a simple answer.

If yourProvider says that you do not, then do not. You need to offering "naked DSL", which means that the DSL line without a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). Some vendors have it, some do not. Look for those who do, too.

That is exactly what you want.

Next ...... not accept the price you pay for DSL remains the same if you convert to standalone DSL. Ask the provider office, which would be the price .... also be sure to know whether there is a "conversion" from fees. If you plan touse whole house wiring for your VoIP service, and convert standalone DSL, there may some internal phone wiring issues.

Happy are those who can get naked DSL. Naked DSL is so stable that the ideal for VoIP. Cable connection is not easy with VoIP at the same level of call quality. To detect a line test run on TestMyVoIP.com. Find the line performance and the quality of the extraordinary with DSL. Not so with cable.

Many with a dry(or "naked") DSL access indicated that their VoIP service "sounds more like a traditional landline, or better, and it is very reliable."

Until the DSL's get it on the DSLAM, there is no shared bandwidth. Also on the remote DSLAM, where it is fed back to the main central office T1 or DS3, and ranges not allocated share issues. When the cord, most people experience that you never could guarantee a continuous period of 24, when the bandwidthremained consistent or the latency remains the same. DSL is always the same latency and bandwidth, 24 / 7. On their best day, for VoIP, DSL Cable can not touch. (In general, various telephone companies and cable systems, it can affect).

The main reason that the majority of VoIP customers are on cable today, because it better. It is because with the exception of a few phone companies, most no DSL without a dial tone. If you have a dial tone, then most of the human form;So get VoIP?

Thus, to answer the first question above. If "naked" DSL is not offered or available to be found .... somewhere from a 3rd party DSL providers such as Earthlink or Speakeasy.

As the cost probably not worth it just for a basic phone line to DSL .... and then pay $ 20 a month, or get more for VoIP. Then again even at $ 20, some people will still save money, depending on how much it would cost the properties with their local telecom provider. But ..... that all a personal choice of the course.

Generally ..... I think there will be better and better broadband services, we will see more in major subscribers of VoIP. The bandwidth Naked DSL providers that offer are in the best position to cash in on VoIP customers. Whether they are local telco or 3rd party DSL provider ..... depending on what the consumers desire for naked DSL you win listens.

Frasier - The Complete Tenth Season Review

Despite what some might say, this season is pretty darn good, of course, I love them all. It completed my collection. But all Frasiers are great, beginning to end. Perhaps the parking garage episode is the only annoying one, but in a funny way.

Frasier - The Complete Tenth Season Feature

Frasier - The Complete Tenth Season Overview

Kelsey Grammer ("Cheers") stars as Dr. Frasier Crane a successful Boston psychiatrist who moved to Seattle to get a fresh start on life. He has his own radio talk show which he uses to relay his wit and wisdom for others. At times he struggles with his own neuroses from his family and friends though often he does not take his own advice. This half-hour comedy showcases the humourous ways Frasier deals with life and how his family and friends follow suit.System Requirements:Run Time: 528 minutes Genre: CHILDREN/FAMILY UPC: 097361225647

Frasier - The Complete Tenth Season Specifications

"Irritating, but endearing." That's Frasier Crane in a nutshell, as diagnosed by Julia Wilcox (an Emmy-worthy Felicity Huffman), KCAL's abrasive and condescending new financial analyst. That's a delicate balance, but Kelsey Grammer still manages it with the usual aplomb in Frasier's penultimate season. Grammer is at his best when his character is at his stubborn, high dudgeon worst, as in "Enemy at the Gate" when he causes a parking garage backup while protesting a parking fee, trying to find a suitable new coffee shop after Café Nervosa hires a folk singer (Elvis Costello) in "Farewell, Nervosa," or, after scamming his way into becoming a silver level member at an exclusive health spa, "chasing the eternal carrot" of the gold level ("'Please remain in the relaxation grotto.' Have crueler words ever been spoken?") in "Door Jam." But he wins us over anew as he does the hard-hearted Julia with his insistence on doing the right thing and faith in the good in people.

Frasier's tenth season takes a dramatic turn early on with a three-episode arc in which Niles (David Hyde Pierce) undergoes heart surgery, but, much like Niles, the show rebounds quickly with more characteristic episodes such as the Emmy-nominated farce "Daphne Does Dinner," in which another Crane party hurtles toward disaster. In addition to Huffman, other memorable star turns this season include Millicent Martin as Daphne's impossible mother, Jeanne Tripplehorn as a coach whose berating of her students causes Frasier to conjure up hallucinations of his own former gym teacher, portrayed by Bob Hoskins. Bebe Neuwirth returns as Lilith, as does the magnificent Harriet Sansom Harris as Bebe Glazer, who shows up as Dr. Phil's agent (or is it just another Bebe scheme?) in "The Devil and Dr. Phil." There are throughout this season some wonderful play-it-again moments, such as the unwitting Frasier speaking Klingon at his son's bar mitzvah and invoking Sam Malone's classic, "Are you as turned on as I am" to bring a shouting match with Julia to an hilarious anti-climax ("No!" she screams disgustedly). A showdown between Roz (Peri Gilpin) and Julia doesn't make for the most compelling season finale, but because season 11 was previously released on DVD to coincide with the broadcast of the series finale, at least we don't have to wait to see how that turns out. --Donald Liebenson

Madagascar - Escape 2 Africa (Widescreen) Review

Just as funny as the first if not more so. Great movie both kids and adults will love.

Madagascar - Escape 2 Africa (Widescreen) Feature

Madagascar - Escape 2 Africa (Widescreen) Overview

Studio: Paramount Home Video Release Date: 02/06/2009 Run time: 89 minutes Rating: Pg

Madagascar - Escape 2 Africa (Widescreen) Specifications

The sequel to the animated movie Madagascar gives more of everything audiences loved in the first movie: More of the penguins; more of Julian, king of the lemurs; more musical bits of classic rock; and many, many more lions, zebras, hippos, and giraffes. In the first film, a quartet of coddled zoo animals found themselves shipwrecked on the island of Madagascar in a misguided effort to return them to the wild. InMadagascar: Escape 2 Africa, a failed attempt to fly back to New York maroons Alex the lion (voiced by Ben Stiller), Marty the zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith), and Melman the giraffe (David Schwimmer) in an animal preserve on the African continent, accompanied by the four deranged penguins and the lunatic lemur king (deliriously voiced by Sacha Baron Cohen, Borat). By wild coincidence, this is where Alex was born--and where his father is still the alpha lion, and where his malevolent uncle seeks to take over (let's call this an homage to The Lion King). The other beasts have their own story arcs, but really it's all an excuse for daffy comic bits. Though the result is disposable, it's also entirely entertaining. The action sequences pop with dizzying spectacle; though some jokes are mainstream fodder, more often they're surprisingly quirky and engagingly oddball. This is the best kind of cotton candy filmmaking--it dissolves into nothing, but it's oh-so-sweet to the taste. --Bret Fetzer

Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre: The Complete Collection Review

My Granddaughter just loves this DVD and she is 3. There is enough adult humor to keep everyone entertained! We adults even watch it alone so we
aren't interrupted by "child's play".

Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre: The Complete Collection Feature

Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre: The Complete Collection Overview

This award-winning series produced by shelley duvall brings to life 26 classic fairy tales in one star-powered critically acclaimed collection. Also includes story book and game. Studio: Koch International Release Date: 09/02/2008 Run time: 1326 minutes

Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre: The Complete Collection Specifications

One of the first gems of the cable TV age, Faerie Tale Theatre brings 26 classic tales to life. Produced over a five-year span (1982-87) for Showtime, FTT brought together creative dramatics and whimsical writing with some of the top talents of the day. Executive producer/host Shelley Duvall (who was coming off her breakout role in The Shining) shepherds this mix of theatrical simplicity and grand storytelling for these oft-told tales ("Goldilocks and the Three Bears," "Little Red Riding Hood," "Hansel and Gretel," "Sleeping Beauty," and the like) for kids and their parents. Since they are not elaborately produced, FTT may be a hard sell for some smaller members of the family at first, but most should be hooked, even older kids who may pooh-pooh fairy tales. There's always a slight twist that makes these productions fresh.

The cast is amazing, especially when you think how lightly cable television was thought of in the '80s: Jeff Bridges, Bud Cort, Liza Minnelli, James Coburn, Susan Sarandon, Christopher Reeve, Klaus Kinski, Billy Crystal, Matthew Broderick, Gregory Hines, Eric Idle, Robin Williams, and Mick Jagger are some of the talented--and varied--actors appearing. Crystal's take on the smart "Little Pig" (with Jeff Goldblum as the wolf) and Williams's "Frog Prince" are two comic gems. Malcolm McDowell, right in the middle of his career high-point of playing baddies, brings flair to the Big Bad Wolf, while his then-real-life wife Mary Steenburgen beautifully counterpoints as Red Riding Hood. The casting of Vincent Price and Vanessa Redgrave in "Snow White" is inspired. Also impressive are the directors Duvall pooled: Tim Burton ("Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp"), Francis Ford Coppola ("Rip Van Winkle") Peter Medak (three episodes), Nicholas Meyer ("Pied Piper"), and Roger Vadim ("Beauty and the Beast"). You can go on for days about these wonderful tales, most totaling around the 45-minute mark, but it's better just to get the set and start wherever you'd like; you will get to the end sooner than you think. --Doug Thomas

The Office - Season Five Review

Still the best comedy on television, The Office continues its incredible run this season. There was a noticeably rocky stretch after the writer's strike back in season 4, but by season 5, things were back on track and running strong. Michael Scott continues to be the best - bar none - comedic character on television, and the supporting cast works from top to bottom. The show manages to keep a constantly evolving storyline - from Jim and Pam to Michael and Jan to the Michael Scott Paper Company - that quite simply never misses a beat.

This show needs to be on everyone's watch list, and this season is just another addition to what we can only hope is a long run for the series!

The Office - Season Five Feature

The Office - Season Five Overview

Studio: Uni Dist Corp. (mca) Release Date: 09/08/2009 Rating: Nr

The Office - Season Five Specifications

Season Five is not just another day at The Office, delivering break-ups, corporate shake-ups, and a game-changing finale that, as with Jim (John Krasinski), should leave you ecstatic and speechless. The writers continue their masterful handling of the Jim and Pam (Jenna Fischer) romance, taking care of some unfinished business from last season's finale in the season opener with a glorious rain-swept gas station proposal. Their initial separation--while she attends art school in New York--avoids the usual sitcom mechanics ("We are not that couple," Jim states as he aborts a panicked trip to see her). The course of true love is no smoother for The Office's other soul mates, Michael Scott (Steve Carrell) and "major dork" Holly Flax (an Emmy-worthy Amy Ryan), the new HR rep. Meanwhile, Angela (Angela Kinsey) and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) are having office trysts under the nose of her fiancé, Andy (Hangover star Ed Helms, having a breakout season in a career year). On the corporate front, Michael shockingly quits after butting heads with no-nonsense new boss Charles Miner (Idris Elba). In a brilliant stroke, Jim immediately gets on Charles's bad side, much to Dwight's delight. The formation of The Michael Scott Paper Company is a highlight of the season, as Michael and his dream team, Pam and Ryan (B.J. Novak), improbably put a major dent in Dunder Mifflin's sales (but at what cost?). For everyone who wonders how the blundering and tactless Michael keeps his job, it is instructive to get a glimpse of his sales acumen in the episodes "Heavy Competition," in which Michael poaches one of Dwight's clients, and "Broke," in which he negotiates a buyout of his struggling company. The Office's own dream team got dreamier with the addition of Ellie Kemper as "Erin," the adorable and naïve new receptionist. The Office still makes for cringe-worthy discomfort television (see a reunited Michael and Holly's excruciating skit at the "Company Picnic" in the season finale), but some of the best episodes are the ones in which the Scranton branch bonds in the face of adversity. A season benchmark is the episode in which the former Michael Scott Paper Company office space is transformed into "Café Disco" and all squabbles and resentments are forgotten on the dance floor. This season is representative of why The Office is one of television's most DVR'd series. Each episode offers priceless bits of background comic business and charming character grace notes that lend themselves to repeated viewing. Among them: Andy's drunken late night phone call to Angela in "Company Trip"; Pam demonstrating her volleyball prowess in "Company Picnic"; Kelly (Mindy Kaling) setting up one of the series' very best "that's what she saids" in "Customer Survey"; and Andy and Kelly's "dance off" in "Café Disco." As Dwight notes in "Heavy Competition," "There's a lot going on" in The Office, and in that chaos, this series soars. --Donald Liebenson
